To further optimize and develop our AI-driven HR solutions, we are seeking an experienced MERN Developer to join our team.
Role Overview
As a MERN Developer at MindFlutter, you will support the Technology Lead in developing and maintaining our AI-driven HR solutions, with a focus on talent acquisition. You will handle full-stack development using the MERN stack, building scalable interfaces, backend APIs, and integrating with AI/ML models. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will optimize performance, follow best practices, and ensure a seamless user experience. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work with cutting-edge web technologies in a fast-paced, AI-focused startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Create responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces with React, HTML, and CSS.
- Build and manage RESTful APIs to facilitate integration with AI/ML models and other services.
- Collaborate with the Technology Lead and other team members to implement new features and functionalities.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize applications for speed and security.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance the capabilities of our HR solutions.
- Document development processes, API endpoints, and system configurations for ongoing support and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of professional experience as a MERN Developer or in a full-stack development role.
- Strong proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design principles.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and version control systems like Git.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and their integration into web applications is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
